Undergraduate students of Curtis College of Music will automatically enter non degree undergraduate diploma courses. The entry conditions for the music bachelor's program at Curtis University are determined by individuals. The Academic Reputation Committee will review all applications of each student and will not offer admission based solely on examination results.

　　 The following documents are required to apply for admission to the bachelor's degree program:

Complete official high school or English university transcript, with grade and graduation date

Official SAT results

TOEFL official scores (non-native English speakers)

These documents will be reviewed when the Committee considers individual applicants. High school students' good academic performance is highly valued. For students who transfer from another academic institution to Curtis, evidence of excellent academic performance is also required.

Curtis College of Music (Curtis) will also review the SAT written test scores for placement. No math scores or other SAT Advanced Exams are required.

　　 For non-native English speakers, Curtis requires SAT and one of the following TOEFL scores:

The TOEFL written test score is at least 550, or the 213 computer-based TOEFL test, or the Internet TOEFL iBT after 2005 is 79-80. Curtis does not accept the IELTS test at this time.

Native English speakers: no standardized tests are required.
