Bush and Mitterrand. He was also the one who promoted Perlman Ma Youyou, Zhu Keman and many other young people have also attracted the attention of the world for his achievements in chamber music. The trio he played with pianist Yitoming and cellist Ross is a classic of chamber music.
Yehudi Menuhin, on the other hand, is known as "the great violinist of the 20th century". During the Second World War, he held more than 500 performances for the Allied forces and the International Red Cross. In 1969, he served as the President of the UNESCO International Music Council, and in 1971, he served as the President of London's Trinity Conservatory of Music, In 1982, Menuhin became the chief conductor of the British Royal Symphony Orchestra. In 1990, Menuhin won the Glenn Gould Award. He is also the founder of the Swiss International Menuhin School of Music and the British Menuhin School. He has obtained honorary doctorates in music, law and literature from ten universities, including Oxford and Cambridge, and various medals from the governments of France, Belgium, the Federal Republic of Germany, the United Kingdom, Greece and other countries.
