The Finnish Academy of Fine Arts requires the applicant to obtain a bachelor's degree. There are two stages from application to school qualification review:
Phase I: (August 9 to August 23)
After the applicant submits relevant materials, the "Administration Services of the Academy of Fine Arts the Master" will examine the applicant's application qualification. The main audit contents include language achievements and educational background.
Phase II: (October 25 November 8)
After the language achievements and educational background meet the requirements of the school, the second stage of review will be carried out, mainly to screen the applicant's other application materials (including works collection), and the qualified candidates will be notified by the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts to participate in the interview.
After the interview, the administration jury will recommend qualified applicants to the Administration Division according to the collection of works and the interview, and recommend them to dean through the Administration Division. Dean will make the final decision.

The duration shall not exceed 5 minutes. The electronic version of the file shall be stored through the USB device. No other works are allowed except for the video file from the storage device. The USB device shall clearly indicate the applicant's name, completion date, duration and other information.

Note: All application materials shall be submitted by mail, and electronic version is not acceptable. If necessary, applicants can retrieve their works from the information desk of the school from December 4 to December 15.
