For students who cannot return to the United States or choose not to choose offline teaching for safety reasons, SVA will also provide corresponding online teaching plans.

All the required courses for Grade One, most of the autumn courses for Grade Four students, some courses for Grade Two and Grade Three, and almost all the art history courses will be conducted online. In addition, basic writing and literature courses and humanities elective courses will also be fully available online.

If students choose to study completely online, the I-20 application will be postponed to the next semester, i.e. spring 2021. However, if students plan to choose full online learning in the fall semester of 2020, they must leave the United States before the fall semester of 2020 begins.

If students choose a hybrid course that combines offline and online courses, offline courses with more than 12+credits are a necessary condition for students to stay in the United States when choosing a specific course plan.

However, no matter which option students choose, the tuition fees in autumn are the same.

In addition, SVA will hold an online meeting for students who plan to participate in offline teaching at 9:00 a.m. on July 14. For students who intend to fully learn online, the meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. EST on July 16, and the third meeting will be held at 9:00 p.m. EST on July 16.
