Paris Higher School of Art Management (The commonly used French abbreviation "IESA") was established in 1985 and recognized by the French Ministry of Culture and Communication. It belongs to Studialis Stuttgart, the French Federation of Higher Art and Business Schools. IESA and the Alliance Business School Paris School of Business jointly set up a double degree culture and art management course for English master. IESA of Paris Higher School of Culture and Arts accepts students from undergraduate to master's degree, and is committed to the cross field development of knowledge and ability. The teaching of various majors is closely combined with the teaching of professional knowledge and the realization of internship plans. The Paris Higher School of Art Management has three departments (majors):
Art market and art appraisal: antiques and works of art major, with painting and graphic design direction. After graduation, students work in the art market and become art experts, businessmen, auction managers and curators.
Art and culture management: cultural project management, performing arts, exhibition arrangement, cultural tourism and promotion of cultural heritage. Graduates will become organizers of exhibitions or celebrations, tourism development managers, public relations directors, and event project specialists.
Multimedia and information media technology: media analysis and processing, all-round public relations planning and implementation (print, network publicity, on-site activities), network management, website design, film photography, video technology. Graduates will become the project editor in chief, multimedia creative director, visual communication director, and multimedia production director.

The Higher Institute of Culture and Arts in Paris, France, has a novel teaching method, offers a variety of diploma education and vocational training courses, and provides help for students' successful employment. Since 1991, the school has been recognized as Grade III by the state. In 2003, he was upgraded to Level II and awarded the qualification of "Expert/Consultant of Cultural Products and Services".
