Film Research
An article on film, director or film related topics, 5-10 pages. Use one page of paper to state three questions. First, whether there is any film related course work before. Third, career ambition: do you want to be a film journalist, critic, film museum or archive staff, professional filmmaker or screenwriter or producer.
Screenwriter
(1) Cover: name, date of birth, application deadline, professional name, work type (TV script, script, film script, short story, etc.), mailing address and contact information. If you are a transfer student, please indicate the name of the university or the major of the university.
(2) Purpose statement: no more than 300 words, based on a brief description of personal life, background or special experience, what preparation has been made for the major or what research is expected to be carried out.
(3) Requirements for written works: 3-4 articles, with a total of no less than 15 pages and no more than 25 pages. At least one of them is a screenplay (movie script, stage script or TV script), and the other 2-3 can be traditional screenplays, memoirs, short stories, science fiction, documentary, etc., but the subject matter is not limited to this. Film and Television at New York University's Royal College of Arts major

4. Creative submission (1 out of 4):

a. Picture series, showing different states of the same scene under different light/time.
