Master of Arts in Visual Communication Design
This degree in visual communication provides a comprehensive opportunity to study the intersection of graphics, interaction and motion design. You will focus on conceptualizing and creating user centered designs wherever there is a screen or digital experience. This can include mobile phones, car dashboards, medical devices, wearables, etc. This major strengthens the importance of user experience design by combining insights from all areas of design. Choose a course sequence that focuses on learning or combines communication design, interaction design, motion design and design research. By combining history, communication and aesthetic theories, principles and creativity, your work will predict design evolution and lead innovation.
MFA of visual communication design focuses on all areas of design, including graphic design, user experience/interaction design, design research, motion graphics and 3D digital design. The changes in people's daily interaction scenes blur the boundaries between respected design fields, giving designers new responsibilities to shape experience. The MFA project addresses these blended skill sets by including this new technology in its curriculum.
Degree in Integrated Visual Communication Design

In order to be admitted to the Visual Communication Design MFA program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
● Complete an online graduate application
● Obey copies of official records (in English) of all previously completed undergraduate and graduate course assignments, including any transfer credits earned.
● Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or college (or equivalent in the United States).
● The recommended minimum cumulative GPA is 3.0 (or equivalent).

The 10-20 best works of art you choose to submit should show your understanding of painting composition, creativity/creativity, painting and design ability, material use awareness, attention to details and craftsmanship. Works can come from various media and themes. We are looking for excellent traditional painting skills and works of art related to your artistic interests.
3 to 6 Pieces Draw from Observation
Include at least three to six directly observed pictures (not copied from photos, comics or "fantasies"). The drawing shall show a complete range of tone values and the quality of various lines.
