Architecture (M.ARCH)/Landscape Architecture (MLA+U)

Dual degree course: In the best case, architecture and landscape can play an integrated role in shaping our architectural environment.

The Master of Landscape Architecture and Urbanism is a fundamentally progressive urban enterprise based on three basic principles: equitable global growth of our urban centers, strong interdisciplinary cooperation, and the development of urban landscape theory in research and practice. At the same time, our Master of Architecture is the starting point for those seeking leadership roles in architecture, design, development and architecture.

This newly created dual degree program provides core knowledge of architecture and landscape architecture, while emphasizing their common domain and concerns, and ultimately prepares students to participate in the full complexity of contemporary metropolises. By combining the master's degree in landscape architecture and the bachelor's degree in architecture, we have accepted the integrated thinking, which will solve the challenges and opportunities faced by designers in the 21st century.

Landscape architecture+urbanism (MLA+U)

IIT's landscape design+urbanism is the place where people all over the world learn the skills to build tomorrow's metropolis.

MLA+U courses are organized around the course sequence in Design Studio; History, theory and criticism; Workshop on Ecology and Materials; Design media; And professional practice. The final senior design studio was built in cooperation with the "Architecture Plan", in which students from both disciplines studied global issues related to urbanism.
