UE pays attention to the emotional and behavioral connection between users and objects to be used. The construction of this connection requires interaction, which is mainly reflected in language, sense, interactive feedback, time and behavior guidance.

First of all, in terms of interactive feedback, it does not bring users a good feeling of use. When ordinary users with normal hair volume use the perm stick, they do not attach their hair to the stick as shown in the advertisement. Instead, users need to constantly wrap their hair around the stick and pay attention not to let them fall off at any time. Especially for Asians with hard hair, cold perm is not friendly
Secondly, in terms of time, it did not bring good feelings to users. In the product description, it only takes a few minutes to perm, but in reality... like many bloggers' feedback, it takes several hours to complete the perm project, which does not say anything. After all, the publicity looks beautiful, but... the real bloggers' feedback shows that, It was the "terrible fact" that it was restored to its original state in less than an hour
The final behavior guidance is also the most incomplete point that Dyson has done. The whole set of products, whether in product description, advertising or real use, has not achieved the comprehensiveness of its display, because according to real user feedback, we can see that this set of products is only aimed at "moderate hair volume", "soft hair quality", "simple hair style" Such as "crowd" with many restrictions, such a design will make users have a reverse use of the product.
