　　 Problem 1 Water pollution

The St. Charles River is located in Quebec City, Quebec Province, Canada. Its source is Lake St. Charles. It crosses Quebec City from north to south at the boundary of Quebec City. The St. Charles River covers a distance of 35 kilometers before reaching the St. Lawrence River. The air inlet is in the middle. The surrounding terrain of St. Charles River is complex. 　　 Project background:

Enning Community in Duobao Street is located in Liwan District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. Liwan District is not only the cultural center of the cultural province of Xiguan in Guangzhou, but also the ancient political and economic center.

Enning West Street covers an area of 5500 square meters and has 125 households. In 2005, the government abolished Fangcun District and merged Liwan District and Fangcun District.

As Liwan District belongs to the center of Guangzhou, it has a good living environment, more job opportunities and convenient transportation. However, due to its proximity to the sea, people living nearby have begun to migrate to the city. The population loss in this area is very serious, and the population structure has not changed much.

　　 Problem analysis:

　　 1. Why does the old city lose its appeal?

One reason is that the community lacks a special community culture that connects residents, so that they have a sense of community belonging and cultural identity.

The second reason is that from 2006 to 2017, the streets in the old city gradually shrank. The boundary line of the old urban area moved forward, and the pedestrians on the street were gradually occupied by the residents. The original clear pedestrians are now scattered. As a result, the streets of the old city became steep and narrow.
