What about being on the waiting list of UCLA? Suggestion to be included in the candidate list of UCLA! As an international student, I was included in the waiting list of UCLA! Please provide any suggestions on how to get rid of the waiting list, or does anyone have any ideas about my opportunities?

Being on the waiting list may be a challenging experience, but you can take some steps to improve your chances of being accepted from the waiting list:

Respond to the invitation to the waiting list: Please be sure to follow any instructions provided by the College to confirm your position on the waiting list. This shows your continued interest in the school.

What about being on the waiting list of UCLA?

Write a letter of continuing interest (LOCI): LOCI is sent by you to UCLA A letter from the Admissions Office expressing your enthusiasm for the College and introducing them to recent achievements or developments since the application was submitted. Sincerely and specifically explain why you want to attend this particular school.

Update your application: If you have any major updates after submitting your application, such as new awards, extracurricular activities or course assignments, please be sure to notify the Admissions Office. This can help demonstrate your growth and continued commitment to education.

Request a letter of recommendation: If you have a teacher, counselor or mentor who can talk about your strengths and recent achievements, consider asking them to write an additional letter of recommendation to support your application.

Keep in touch with the Admissions Office: Keep in touch with the Admissions Office politely and respectfully to enhance your interest in the school. Remember not to be too aggressive or overbearing, because it will have a negative impact on your opportunities.

Make a backup plan: When you are trying to improve your chances of being accepted from the waiting list, it is important to make a backup plan. Make sure you accept the admission notice from another university before the deadline is determined to ensure your location there.
