There are three distinct areas of interaction design at the University of London. You will explore these fields through prototypes as a means to develop complex design projects:

Interaction - meaningful experience of how we process

Design - solving the needs and aesthetic feeling of strategy and people orientation

Communication - be able to propose persuasive futures design with appropriate means.

In interaction design, there should be: development ability, design prototype, physical computing, user centered design, open source digital platform, future casting, vision and insight, design research, experience design, communication design, value engineering, thought leadership, interactive media and digital art.

Interaction Design Course at University of London

The communication of interaction design provides a practical opportunity to explore the intersection of physical and digital domains more and more in the design of a region. Focusing on synthesis, we believe that through strict design prototype (manufacturing), digital process and user perspective, interdisciplinary courses highly reflect the practice in contemporary design, media and communication industries.

The integration method of critical thinking courses provides you with job opportunities and important thought design context in application - for example, the practice of psycho geography is used as empirical research or generates users' views with other important theoretical spaces. This will ensure that the conceptualization process takes macro as well as micro innovation and speculative opportunities to build a portfolio of highly engaged keys to work.

As well as your work in a wide range of interactions, design and communication, curriculum design as interested in the answer to design questions. This means that the course is also ready to further develop to the level of master's/doctoral degree in design research and advanced independent practice.

LCC has an outstanding team of published practitioners and researchers and enjoys a rich access plan. Of course, it also benefits from cross European and LCC interaction design Professionals in the industry, in cooperation with higher education institutions, have the opportunity to visit at least one other centre during their stay in Europe.

Interaction Design Course Unit of University of London

Each course is divided into units and credit ratings. The minimum unit size is 20 credits. The master's program structure includes six units, with a total of 180 credits.

   Autumn, Phase I

Company Profile:

Theory and Technology of Interaction Design (40 credits)

Research Practice and Human centered Design (20 credits)

The first semester of the course introduces the practice and theory of the core interaction design of your technology and concepts. In the latter scenario of induction project curriculum setting, you will see how to interact in the contemporary era, design and communicate with a series of technologies and concepts in practice, and you will experience the relationship between theory and practice.

At this stage, important basic knowledge across multiple disciplines can be acquired, including interaction, design and communication. These are critical to the development of subsequent stages of the curriculum. You will be introduced to key design prototypes and technical skills at this stage, which will be crucial in the rest of the course exercises.

   Spring, two terms

Company Profile:

Interactive futures and speculative design (20 credits)

Physical calculation and design prototype (20 credits)

Cooperation unit (20 credits)

The two words give you an opportunity to use the key and technical skills in the first stage to generate speculative and critical design projects. We also clearly explore the intersection of physical and digital domains, introducing you to the required application skills and physical computing, sensors and data environment. At this stage, you will eventually develop a project proposal for the main project and thesis in three stages.

   Summer, term three

Company Profile:

Interactive futures and speculative design (20 credits)

Physical calculation and design prototype (continued)

   Autumn, term four

Company Profile:

4.1 Final major research projects of the unit

(Weighted 50% written components and 50% utility components)

You will carry out the last major research project and expand the field of interaction, design and communication. This will involve independent professional practice projects and the completion of relevant papers, which shows your critical reflection, analysis and original research. Provide a wide range of disciplines for theoretical model generation, and you will apply these models to your professional field to generate benefits that are seriously aware of major projects that will usually be evaluated after your graduate student.

If you cannot continue or decide to quit the course, there are two possible exit awards. The Graduate Certificate will successfully complete 60 credits and a Graduate Diploma will successfully complete the first credit in 120 years.

   Our interaction design theory

This is a good balance between theory and practice. It's good for overseas students. It's so strong that you have to attend five days a week.
