Dormitory expenses of Falmouth University. First year students usually choose to stay on campus. Their expenses will vary greatly depending on students' needs and preferences. Second and third graders usually choose to live in private homes in Penryn and Falmouth. Dormitories can also vary in cost depending on size, location and specification.


   Maritime Studio


Maritime Studios provides specially designed contemporary studio accommodation near the world-famous Falmouth Marina. It is not far from the railway station, and you can walk to the campus of Falmouth, or take the train to Penryn. These fully equipped one bedroom apartments all have an attached bathroom and kitchenette with washing/drying machines. Residents can also enjoy the beautiful seascape in the spacious public area.


Cost: From £ 165 per week for fully equipped studios

The sea view is student accommodation, including a six bedroom townhouse and a four bedroom mansion. Each family has a shared kitchen and living area, with suites or shared bathrooms between bedrooms.


 Villa and dormitory expenses of Falmouth University


Residents are located next to the local railway station and can easily reach the Penryn campus. Residents can also walk to the Falmouth campus. Falmouth's beaches, restaurants, shops and bars are within walking distance. The residence also provides shared social space, including a cinema, game room, gym and public lounge.

   The Quarry


The Quarry, opened in September 2020, is a specially built student dormitory, only 10 minutes' walk from the center of Falmouth Town. The Falmouth campus and the railway station are within walking distance. Students can go to Penryn by train. The Penryn campus is only a short walk from the local station.


The Quarry is composed of 98 suites and 36 modern one bedroom apartments. It provides a fully equipped kitchen, TV and 24-hour closed-circuit TV, so that you can live in peace of mind. All utilities are included in the rent.


Cost: £ 197 per week for a single suite from £ 149 to a premium one bedroom apartment


   Duke Building


In the heart of Falmouth, you will find Tuke House, an 11 story three story building built around a public courtyard. The ideal accommodation environment is for those who want to walk a stone's throw from the shops, bars and beaches in the town, but only a few steps away from the Falmouth campus. There are 156 rooms in total, divided into 5 suites, each of which has 5 bedrooms and kitchen areas with single beds.


Cost: £ 135.73 per week


   Grassny Student Village


Glasny Student Village is located in Penryn campus, with more than 1800 students. Residents enjoy the beautiful scenery of Falmouth and Penglin, the sea and the surrounding countryside; Many facilities on campus, including gymnasiums, restaurants, cafes and bars, on-site activity venues, shops, accommodation and student support services; And spacious suite rooms.


Fee: £ 113.75-196.63 per week


   Packsaddle Hill


Packaddle Hill is located in a quiet environment, just a few minutes' walk from the Penryn campus. This is a new development project, providing 124 students with a modern and comfortable accommodation environment. There are 16 shared apartments and 14 self-service studios of different sizes and complete facilities.


Fee: £ 143.64-192.85 per week


   The Sidings


The Sidings Hotel is only a few steps away from the Penryn campus and the town itself, and can provide contemporary student accommodation for 233 students. Accommodation is complete from single suite in the shared apartment to independent one bedroom apartment.


Cost: 154.47 GBP - 182.53 (per week)
