Milan and Florence campuses: copies of high school graduation certificates and transcripts, as well as relevant certified English translation documents;

Milan and Florence campuses need to provide copies of university diplomas and transcripts, as well as their related certified English translation documents, one for each;
Two letters of recommendation from professors and leaders of the university (asking to leave the contact information of the recommender, such as phone number, email and address);
A copy of the individual passport, including the following information: full name, date of birth, passport number and photo;
A personal statement signed by myself;
One copy of registration fee remittance;
Personal resume in English (please be sure to leave your contact details);
Portfolio: A qualified portfolio should include at least 12 illustrations, pictures or slides representing the applicant's design level.
